Admission Procedure

At the School of Scholars (SOS), our admissions process is designed to connect with families and understand your unique aspirations for your child’s education. We are committed to nurturing every student’s potential and prioritize helping you find the best fit for your child.

Step 01

Submit an admission inquiry: Prospective parents can register their child’s name by visiting the school’s front desk, calling 033-590022, 9842115222 during office hours, or completing our online form. They can also arrange a school tour and request an orientation session.
Step 02

Complete and submit the entrance application form:The School Administration Office contacts the prospective parents to collect the entrance application form. Once you receive the form, please complete, sign and submit it including:

a. Application fee

b. Transfer Certificate (if necessary)

c. Report Card (Copy of most recent grade)

d. other documents (2 Photo, Birth Certificate)
Step 03

Attend an entrance on School:After the application is submitted, the school will set up an entrance on school with students and interact with parents.
Step 04

Confirmation Via Phone or Message: Parents and Students will be notified by telephone or message if the student is accepted. After submitting all required documents, parents and students will receive an acceptance letter and a request for a deposit covering the fees. The admission is confirmed only once the deposit is made. Failure to pay within the given time may result in forfeiting the offer, and the seat will be offered to those on the waiting list.
Step 05

Attend the Orientation Program: Parents of accepted students must attend an orientation program to receive the Parent-Student Handbook, curriculum details, and other essential documents.

Admission Policy

For the younger, pre-primary classes (Montessori), there’s a Zumba hall equipped with various engaging play items. Transportation is facilitated through school buses and vans. These resources are designed to offer practical and mental learning experiences, preparing students to tackle future challenges. We continuously update our curriculum and practices to align with the latest educational standards observed by leading schools in Nepal and around the globe. Within just a year, the school has successfully enrolled nearly 900 students, a source of great pride for us. Our future goal is to introduce postgraduate classes, which we fondly refer to as the “PG to PG” concept that we plan to implement. Furthermore, SOS strives to foster its students’ growth by instilling them with rituals, cultural values, social norms, and other aspects of education. It’s believed that these practices contribute to the well-rounded development of students. School Of Scholars (SOS) was founded in Lahan City to deliver authentic 21st Century Education. The institution was established by a dedicated team comprising college lecturers, bankers, doctors, engineers, and social activists.
